Facebook for Every Phone App



Facebook today announced Facebook for Every Phone. This would give users, even those without smartphones, access to Facebook from their mobile device. It will be compatible with various phones. Here's the word according to their post:

Today, we're launching the new Facebook for Every Phone app, which offers a fast and comprehensive Facebook experience on over 2,500 different phones. This app not only includes Facebook’s most popular features, such as News Feed, Inbox, and Photos, but also enables you to upload photos and find friends from your phone’s contacts.  People all over the world can download the app by visiting m.facebook.com and scrolling down to the download link, or by entering d.facebook.com/install directly into their mobile browser. You can also find it in leading app stores, including GetJarAppia, and Mobile Weaver.

They've collaborated with carriers all around the world in hopes of making it affordable for all users. Certain carriers are also offering free access for a limited time. Here is the list:
